pursuant to the following conditions.
Damage to the floor is caused by
seam failure, improperly sealed
drains or base material allowing
water penetration. Separation of
flooring material from substrate
due to improper adhesive application.
Installation of defective product.
Improper installation of stainless
steel accessories or base trim.
Any damage or failure of the flooring
system caused by a member of B &
H Commercial Services, Inc. staff.
Should this occur the damage will
be repaired and not cost to the
customer.

Each
client is issued a warranty per
installation upon receipt of payment
in full, effective date of install
completion. It is important for
the client to be aware that certain
terms & conditions may void
their warranty in part or full.
These include, utilization of product,
adhesive or accessories other than
those specified in your B &
H Commercial Services, Inc. manual.
Improperly cured or prepared sub-floor
which is specified in your new construction
and retrofit checklists inclusive
of insuring the substrate is leveled
and repaired if necessary, structurally
sound, free of residual solvent,
the substrate is moisture free,
fully cured. This is the responsibility
of the construction company or project
superintendent. Existing loose or
damaged flooring material is removed.
In the case of Epoxy Flooring, the
current flooring must be removed
completely. There must be no history
of moisture related problems.
The
following incidents are the responsibility
of the client and their management
and facilities staff. Negligence
or destructive behavior on the part
of the restaurant or their employees.
Examples of such include cutting
or penetrating flooring material
with sharp objects including knives,
equipment moving, missing casters,
dropping hot grills, skillets, etc…
and not removing them from the floor
surface immediately. Drain tampering.
Facilities maintenance concerns
such as plumbing leaks, electrical
or plumbing repairs performed following
install. Repairs and renovations
made to the facility following install
which damage or penetrate any aspect
of the flooring system. Building
damage such as fire or flooding.
In the event of client error; B
& H Commercial Services, Inc.
will make every effort to limit
costs to the client. In this case,
should a B & H service crew
be required; the client will be
billed for materials, travel, lodging
and labor.

regarding your Protect-All floor).
These occurrences will be repaired
at the expense of the customer. |
